The Marriott was a great place to stay. It was close enough to walk to many of the attractions we planned to see. Also the trolley picks up right outside if we didn't want to walk. The rooms were very nice. And the staff were all friendly and helpful. We would stay there again,.

We love Memphis. The hotel was nice and convenient to the trolley. We did note a concern in our room, urine streaks on the shower curtain, told the front desk and they said they would alert housekeeping. We returned, still urine stained. Reported that it hadn't been changed. Long and short - we had a urine stained shower curtain throughout our stay. I'd say they were slow on service recovery and have an issue with quality control and cleanliness when breaking down a room to clean for the next guest

Excellent hotel. For anyone who did not want to drive, the trolly was located at the front door to take visitors to downtown or to the riverfront.
