The continental breakfast was plentiful and office staff helpful. The rooms were clean.Swimming pool a little on the small size but clean. Housekeeping puts everything away. It's your job to look for it.

The room was appropriate. I did not realize that we would be so close to the airport, but we adjusted pretty easily. The hotel manager was a great help to us in finding a restaurant. She recommended Marlowe's and were delighted to ride in the Pink Cadallic Limo! The food was really good and I enjoyed a drink called Blue Suede Shoes!

We were in Memphis in October and stayed at the Clarion. If we ever go again I will promise you this, that will be where we stay. We were picked up at the airport and that's when it started. Our driver was very nice. When we arrived at the motel we were warmly welcomed as we were checked in and told if there was anything we needed to just let them know. the food in the restaurant was very good. We were shuttled to Graceland anytime we wanted to go.The entire staff was very nice and we plan on going back on my spring break from school in 2008 and I will be staying there again. Much better than we had read about in a hotel review on the internet. It had been renovated and had very good breakfast. I would use it again. It was a good location for all the Elvis things but a bit far from town for the other things that are available to do in the area. You might want to rent a car for a couple of days.a

What a wonderful experience we had at Heartbreak hotel. it was all we had heard about and read. The rooms were so nice and comfortable, the staff is excellent, so friendly and helpful, and the furnishings just out of sight! We could not imagine going to Memphis without going to Heartbreak Hotel.

Stayed at 'Heartbreak Hotel' --absolutely awesome--such a feeling of 'Elvis' 's presence while I was there--very peaceful feeling-- the long drive was well worth it--very clean--staff were wonderful--just great' Southern hospitality ' !!!!!! Hope to return someday for a longer visit to the Hotel & Graceland---loved every minute of my stay there---next time will stay longer!!! Thanks ever so much!!! God Bless .

We always stay at Heartbreak Hotel when visiting Graceland-we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! We walk to Graceland and the shopping centers. Love it!!!!!!!
