Very nice and the staf was very helpful and kind. The room was very spaceish, clean and comftable, the hall ways was very warm.

We were in Memphis in October and stayed at the Clarion. If we ever go again I will promise you this, that will be where we stay. We were picked up at the airport and that's when it started. Our driver was very nice. When we arrived at the motel we were warmly welcomed as we were checked in and told if there was anything we needed to just let them know. the food in the restaurant was very good. We were shuttled to Graceland anytime we wanted to go.The entire staff was very nice and we plan on going back on my spring break from school in 2008 and I will be staying there again. Thanks to all the wonderful people who waited on us. Gladys

The hotel was under renovation and they kept locking me out of my room but the service was good.

Much better than we had read about in a hotel review on the internet. It had been renovated and had very good breakfast. I would use it again. It was a good location for all the Elvis things but a bit far from town for the other things that are available to do in the area. You might want to rent a car for a couple of days.a

Enjoyed the stay. Room was nice, lobby area was very nice. Front desk service was great. Outside appearance could use some improvement. The hotel stay was well worth the money.
