Each spring the world's best Blues musicians gather for the critically-acclaimed
Blues Music Awards in Memphis, TN.
Each year, fans, industry representatives, and performers attend to celebrate the year's best in Blues. The Blues Foundation presents its awards each year, and is generally recognized as the highest honor given to Blues artists.
Past winners have included Paul Oscher, James Cotton, Crawfish Fiesta, and others. Awards are presented for Acoustic Album of the Year and Album of the Year all the way to best Instrumentalist-Drums and Harmonica.
