Elvis Presley Park and Birthplace
Graceland Mansion
Settled on 14 acres, the mansion that the Presleys called home is the second most famous house in America and one of the most visited homes in America today.
Memphis is the place to be if you're a fan of Elvis. Of course you have to visit Graceland, but after that you could take a day trip to Tupelo to visit Elvis' birthplace. Tupelo, Mississippi is located about one hour and 45 minutes from Memphis and here you'll find Elvis Presley Park. The park includes the Elvis Presley Birthplace, museum, memorial chapel, and a lifesize statue of Elvis at age 13. The park is a designated Mississippi Landmark and also features recreation facilities for picnics and other social gatherings. You can tour the this small two room house where Elvis was born and lived until he was about two years old. The Presley family then moved next door to live with Elvis' grandparents. They moved several more times in Tupelo and in 1948, the family packed their bags and headed to Memphis searching for a better life. The birthplace home is a must for any Elvis fan. Elvis Presley Museum - Times and Things Remembered This museum first opened in 1992 and consists of the personal collection of longtime friend of the Elvis and the Presley family, Janelle McComb. The collection consists of photographs of Elvis along with his friends and family, concert and movie photos, records, tapes, personal items, furniture from Graceland, and clothing that belonged to Elvis. Memorial Chapel The chapel was dedicated to fans in 1979, and today it is available for weddings and other receptions. The chapel features beautiful and elegant stained glass windows along with gospel music that fills the room. The chapel is also a great place to just spend some quiet time to reflect. The statue is located on the grounds of the park and depicts Elvis at age 13. Complete with guitar in hand, the statue shows us Elvis as a carefree child with big dreams. He had the talent and determination to make those dreams come true. Elvis Area Events

Elvis Presley's Graceland Platinum Tour
Having been born in 1954 I could appreciate the whole Elvis experience. A little pricey but the trip package took care of that.
-Jeff Hutchinson, High Ridge, MO Elvis Presley's Graceland Platinum Tour
Having the reservation from Vacations made Easy kept us from having to stand in line for hours to get tickets.
-Brenda Dingman, Davenport, OK Elvis Presley's Graceland Platinum Tour
Thoroughly enjoyed the day, the tour is well worth the money for any Elvis fan. We hadn't booked Sun Studios Tour but found a shuttle bus in Graceland that took us there and brought us back to Graceland. A great day.
