We missed the workers who are at lunch during the 11.00 am tour but it was great

We didn't know what to expect. The tour was fine. Shopping in the gift shop was very pricey. We had bought our grandson a Gibson back home and was surprised to see the high prices on the guitars in the shop.

Enjoyed, did not buy guitar but enjoyed knowing the skill and workmanship that is put into each instrument.

Nice tour of the factory. Our musician in the family really enjoyed it.

The tour through the facility is great. However, during the tour you cannot hear what the guide is saying. The guide was also good, but you miss everything he is saying unless you are standing right beside him. It would be great if the tour provided audio so all the information can be heard.

The luthiers were on vacation, but still pretty cool. Disappointed that they don't give free samples.
