The Plaza de la Revolucion is a small park that's beautifully landscaped and surrounded by different merchant stalls offering everything under the sun. What a great place to pick up some souvenirs to bring home. You'll find everything under the sun here including jewelry, clothing, soaps, leather goods and a huge selection of beautifully handicrafts. If the sun is hot or you just get tired of shopping, you can sit on one of the many chairs they have available and get your shoes shined. They also have benches where you can sit in front of two big fountains and watch the pigeons bathing. Directly in front of the Plaza de la Revolucion is the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, known in Mazatlan as the Catedral de la Purisma Concepcion. This entire section of Mazatlan is not a place you want to be without your camera. It's truly a picturesque view.
