Everything was great except we had 3 dogs and they put us on the 2nd floor which was very inconvinant for us, other than that they were nice and it was clean and very comfortable!

Baymont was able to get us rooms side by side. When we arrived one room reaked with tobacco odor. They did put in a air cleaner and it worked. They just went NS

We stayed at the Best Western Harbourside, and overall had a good experience, until the last night of our stay. On that night we decided to play a game of cards. Since there is only one common area with tables we chose a table in the breakfast area. We asked the person at the front desk if we could use the room and were told yes. However, another group arrived and wanted to use the room for a buffet and we were told we had to leave. Since this was the only common area with tables we were basically being told to return to our room. We asked for another table to be set up in another area,but were told there were no other tables. I told the manager that we had been told we could use the table in the room, and he told me he didn't ng called a liarNot sure that we would believe me. I am not used to beireturn to this motel again.

The hotel was old and outdated but the Suite was unexpectedly nice and featured a beautiful view of the lake. I was dissappointed that the casino wasn't part of my hotel, but the hotel was very accomodating and provided shuttle services.

Hotel was very clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was in grat proximity to Mackinac City and ferry to Mackinac Island withut being in a busy tourist area.
