Great Lakes Kite Festival, MI

On your way to Mackinac Island, stop and see kites of all kinds at the great Lakes Kite Festival, the midwest's largest kite festival!

This event promises to be fun for everyone, not just kite enthusiasts. You'll see stunt kite teams, monster kites, special kid's tent and practice field where you can even learn the dos and don'ts of kite-flying for free!

The festival is free and there is no charge for parking inside the State park.
