There was plenty of room in the main deck lounge and your visit to the top deck allowed you to see the picturesque scenery all around! Your day-trip to Mackinac started and ended with Shelper’s on this vacation, and in subsequent visits you decide they will continue to be your mode of travel to this beautiful island.

We had a beautiful morning for the ferry ride across to the island, so we sat on the upper deck. We had a great ride going over and coming back.
