Right on time, ferry was very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would use again in a heartbeat. We took the bridge tour that they offer. It was very informative and fun.

No long wait times ,friendly staff. But quite expensive for a 16 minute trip, but all priced the same and if you want to go to Island only real choice.

We had a beautiful morning for the ferry ride across to the island, so we sat on the upper deck. We had a great ride going over and coming back.

Shepler's was great. They were easy to find and the staff was very courteous. I thought it was interesting that the captains we had were so young...I know they were qualified, but it still gave me pause to wonder about the maturity factor AND the experience factor as we were bouncing over some wakes.
