Green Mountain at Fox Run in Ludlow, Vermont is a place for women to enjoy a healthy and safe way to lose weight. They offer different programs that are designed to help every individual. The club uses healthy ways to lose weight while doing some simple exercises. They have a program for young women and women with diabetes. The weight loss program is not your typical weight loss program because they do not offer you a quick weight loss product. Weight loss at the Green Mountain at Fox Run only practices healthy ways to lose weight slowly.
Professional guidance is given to women in regards to eating healthy, eating behavior and exercise. You also learn about metabolism and nutrition. One important thing you learn about at the club is stress management. You are with a group of about forty women who all want the same thing. Women want a way to manage their weight and learn valuable information about weight loss to take home and practice.
The program requires you to stay for at least one week to understand the program and learn how to implement what you learn into your daily routine. Once you sign up for the program, you are given a daily schedule of what takes place during the week stay at the club. You will begin by stating what your goals are and why you want help with your weight loss. They do take their teachings seriously and you should not bring food to the club under any circumstances.
