B Deemer Gallery in Louisville, KY, which is owned by Brenda Deemer, has been in business since 1990. The Gallery, which deals with fine art, is located on Frankfort Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky. This particular neighborhood is a historical area also known as Crescent Hill. Dealing with fine art was nothing new to Brenda, who had been doing it since 1972.
The Gallery has different types of work including many paintings from both the 20th century and 21st century. The paintings cover a wide range including watercolors, soft pastels, mixed media, oil pastels with the work being on canvas and paper. Presently Brenda displays work from over 50 artists that are still living, with half of them from the Ohio Valley area. Brenda deals with not only displaying the artwork, but also with the departments that help with the framing to give it the final touch it deserves. The B.Deemer Gallery is well known in the art world, being listed in the popular magazine 'Art in America'.
Some of the pieces that the Gallery has on display are by artists such as Ted Borman, Betsey Anderson, Pam Folsom, Peter Gooch, Dale Garrett and many more. Brenda has shown complete sets of art work by many of these excellent artists. In July and August, she had the "Exhilaration" paintings by Pam Folsom on display. One of Pam's works called "The Dairy Farm", an oil painting 30"x40" on canvas was on display for $2,975.00.
