The NoHo Arts District is a fairly recent community springing up near North Hollywood. Due in large part to the new Metro stations that make the area a central hub for the San Fernando Valley, NoHo is quickly being revitalized from a lower-income neighborhood to a center for theatres, art galleries, boutiques, and cafés.
With the goal of making the Arts District a pedestrian urban village and regional cultural center, city planners have gone full speed ahead with new condominium towers and other developments either completed or under construction. Still in the development phase, the NoHo Arts District already offers visitors an array of shopping and entertainment venues.
