Treat your family to loads of fun and bustling entertainment this coming Labor Day. Take them to the Labor Day Festival of the Arts in Lake Tahoe, California. A hundred contemporary and fine arts craft boots brings Native American culture to you first hand for you and your family to enjoy.
The festival includes a Native American village with hoop dancer Sage Romero, Native American artists and photography portraying cowboys. Shop at the booths made of hand made goods and international food. Treat the kids to Red's hot dogs and sausages, Thai barbecue and Gilroy garlic products.
Local beer samples are available as well. Famous clowns Sandy and Twinkie keep your children entertained by making balloon animals for them to take home. The Sierra Studebaker Bluegrass Band will be performing throughout the festival.
Even more attractions are the Million Dollar Trout Stockfishing competition which populates the rivers in the area, held in conjunction with the Festival of the arts. Fishing lessons for young children, trout cooking and live entertainment for the little anglers are also provided.
