Lake Tahoe Sightseeing & Dinner Cruises Aboard The Tahoe Queen
We are a family of 6 from Utah. We enjoyed our lunch cruise and would love to go back and do a dinner cruise with entertainment. We were taken across to Emerald Bay, which is beautiful. The lunch cruise offers sandwiches, snacks and beverages. They show an informative movie and the guide explains things along the way. We seen an Eagles nest, a small tea castle and heard a story about a sailor. There is a house there on the beach that you can take a tour of, which we wouldn't have known about if we wouldn't have taken the cruise. So the next day we drove around the lake to take the trail down and do the tour of the house on the beach. It was fun, relaxing and entertaining.

Lake Tahoe Sightseeing & Dinner Cruises Aboard The Tahoe Queen
It was an enjoyable cruise. Efficient, punctual and informative. We had a group of 14 people (ages 4 to 73) and everyone had fun. Unfortunately it was a rainy day. :)

Lake Tahoe Sightseeing & Dinner Cruises Aboard The Tahoe Queen
The menu listed (and selected) on Vacations made easy was old and outdated. Also, they never received (or had record of) the child menu we selected (didn't matter because it was no longer offered anyway). Either way, DO NOT take this dinner cruise for the food as it was sub par. However, the cruise was excellent and well worth it for the scenery alone. The service was excellent and the ship's captain (originally from New Zealand, but a local for at least the last 30 years) was very knowledgeable and a perfect host. Our daughter spent about 30 minutes at the wheel of the Tahoe Queen (a grand old lady) and this made her vacation!
