Shredding The Slopes
As Lake Tahoe's highest base resort you're sure to find plenty of steep slopes for fast paced ski excitement.
Mt Rose is Tahoe's highest base resort, offering visitors an unprecedented view and skiing excursion. Situated at an elevation of 7,900 feet, there are about 1,200 acres of natural beauty that offer over 60 different trails on Mt. Rose. And with 13 beginner, 16 intermediate and 25 advanced and 8 expert slopes, there's enough variety to keep all levels of ski aficionado's entertained. Along with the numerous ski options, Mt. Rose also makes it extremely easy to reach the trails with one "six pack" detachable chair, two quad chairs, two triple chairs and one surface lift.
Along with the typical ski trail offered on the mountain, you'll also have access to Mt. Rose's two terrain parks: Badlands and Doubledown. Numerous tables and rails litter these terrain parks, giving extreme sport enthusiasts the perfect chance to go big!
