The Mystery Café, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is an interactive mystery dinner theater, where patrons are invited to participate as little or as much as they please in the evening's storyline. Mystery plays are presented in four acts, with a course of the meal served in between each. Between 15 and 20 patrons are given lines to read, and sometimes an audience member is asked to sing! Clues begin as soon as the first act begins, and prizes are awarded at the end of the night for the best solving of the crime and the biggest ham. The Mystery Café is located in The Milano Inn, a late 19th century brick building on South College Avenue.
