Located in the trendy museum district of H-Town, Lawndale has been an artful presence since 1979.
What you will find at the Lawndale Art Center is this: a refreshing, eclectic yet contemporary range of art work in all types of media. You will not find stuffy existential pieces that make no sense. Instead you will find vibrant, interesting pieces that will keep you thinking long past your visit. Paintings can be found here as well as ceramics, sculptures made from mirrors, metal and other materials and so much more.
