The National Park Aquarium in Hot Springs is Arkansas' largest fish and reptile exhibit. Visitors will love the exhibits on native fish, tropical fish, and saltwater fish. Children will either love or be totally grossed out by their large collection of lizards, monitors, and even poisonous frogs. One of the citizens here at National Park Aquarium is known as U.T., which simply stands of Ugly Turtle. U.T. is an Alligator Snapping Turtle and weighs in at a whopping 120 pounds. Perhaps to some peoples relief, or others disappointment, there are no snakes on exhibit.

This aquarium is really cool. They have more reptiles than fish though. They are all well kept in really nice enclosures and there are some that most of us have never seen before. The people that bought the aquarium are extremely nice and the items in the gift shop are well priced. I would recommend this to anyone who goes to hot springs. the entry cost is really cheap as well.
