The Hot Springs Municipal Airport (HSR) is newly-renovated and provides residents and visitors the opportunity to reach Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, Harrison, Arkansas or Kansas City, Missouri by air.
There are 100 based aircraft occupying 70 hangars of various types, along with numerous transient aircraft at the airport. Services include fueling, parking, tie down and private hangars. An adjacent fire station services the airport.
Families come to Hot Springs Memorial Field for special events such as race competitions and vintage aircraft displays. Airport visitors are welcome, and guided group tours are available.
