Customer Rating: 9.3 of 10 Rating: 10 This hotel in my opinion was below average. The room was alright, but the dining situation was not. Also, the front desk was not organzied. We have stayed at the Velda Rose the last three years and it is wonderful!!!!! We will continue to stay there everytime we visit Hot Springs.
