Getting Into Hot Springs...

Highways 7, 270, and 70 lead right into Hot Springs. Routes 30, 40, 71, 82, and 167 all lead into these highways.

Getting Around...

Highway 7 becomes Central Avenue as it passes through Hot Springs. Central Avenue will lead into the Downtown Historic District and Bathhouse Road. Another main road in Hot Springs is 270, or Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway. This takes you past Oaklawn Park and connects with Central Avenue. Other key streets include Albert Pike (Highway 70), Malvern (270B), Grand Avenue, and, a bit further from the downtown district, Bull Bayou Road and Blacksnake Road.

A classic way to get around such a historic town is by using the Hot Springs Intracity Transit Trolley Services. This trolley rides on rubber tires instead of the standard metal rail and provides service throughout the entire historic downtown area.
