Gardenfest at Hershey Gardens

The Hershey Gardens in Hershey, Pennsylvania is a beautiful 23 acre outdoor garden that offers a wide variety of horticulture for all to experience including several special theme gardens. It all started with a rose garden but there are also gorgeous seasonal displays, a perennial garden, rock garden and herb garden among the many specialty gardens on display. Educational programs are offered for all ages year round. The gardens also include a butterfly house annually from May through September. There is always a lot to explore at the gardens but the annual Gardenfest is a special time to visit. Admission to the gardens is free and there are special horticulture exhibits to enjoy. There will be lots of information on the history of Hershey, live music and special things for the kids to experience. Gardenfest at the Hershey Gardens is not to be missed for the outdoor enthusiast! There is more to Hershey, Pennsylvania than chocolate!
