Are you looking for a great traditional sports bar and grill has your entire stand by favorites also close to every thing downtown? Then you will want to head on over to Glory Years Sports Bar and Grill in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
When you want a taste of nostalgia, Glory Years is a fun spot for both locals and tourists. The late Green Bay Packers coach, Vince Lombardi used to have his office in the very same spot you will be dining. As you peruse the entire Packer décor that fills this restaurant, you may feel as if you have seen the ghost of Lombardi's around. There is a sign on one wall that states: "Green Bay Practice Field". There is a case that displays the 1962 through 1971 yearbooks of the Packers. You can also see a football that is autographed by Lombardi and his 1965 team.
The popular menu offers everything from a seafood and wrap sandwich to prime rib with all the fixings. You will experience live music and karaoke. Between that and the drink specials this place will keep rocking every night of the week.
Glory Years is located in a building that was erected in 1914. It was originally called the Marvin Building. The building has been restored and is now a close replica of its original state. In February 1996, Glory Years was created to bring back the memories of the Lombardi era Packers.
All in all, Glory Years is a great place to meet friends and watch a game. And who can resist good food, great service and daily specials that will keep you coming back for more?
