East of the River: Continuity and Change is an exhibit hosted by the Anacostia Community Museum and presented by the
Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC. This exhibition documents the development of community life of neighborhoods east of the Anacostia River. It is being held in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the musuem and there will be other special events happening during this time as well.
