They also have a store called Swatch that has a variety of watches for people of all ages. Their watches are some of the best you will find in the DC area.

If you want some romantic dining while traveling to Washington, then you should check out some of the linen cloth dining at Union Station. If you aren't interested in fine dining, there are a variety of chain restaurants and stylish eateries. There is also an inexpensive food court for those who wish to eat and run or those on a small budget. If you really want to get away from any feel of being in a mall, they also have a McDonalds.

It has beautiful 90 foot ceilings and was constructed with marble, granite, mahogany and gold leaf materials. This is one of the most massive and beautiful of all the train stations built in America. The architecture, designed by Daniel Burnham, is one of the most intricate designs as well and is one of the many places travelers like to take pictures in Washington DC.

Travelers to DC should spend an hour or two taking in the atmosphere of Union Station, basking in the glory of pre-WWII American railroading. The time spent here will be time well spent.
