Palace of Wax/Ripley's Believe It or Not in Grand Prairie is quite an adventure, taking you on a fantastic journey of oddities, movies and even a few scary moments! Located with easy driving distance of Arlington and Dallas, Texas, this 41,000 square foot facility is definitely whimsical. The outside was modeled after a former home of King George IV, with its Regency style, minarets and domes that truly resemble something that could be found in India.

Inside the walls of the Palace of Wax/Ripley's Believe It or Not, you will find three different attractions — the Palace of Wax. Ripley's Believe it or Not and the newest Ripley's Enchanted Mirror Maze. The Palace of Wax is quite spectacular with replicas of characters from some of your favorite movies like the Wizard of Oz. There are plenty of stars to be seen from both old Hollywood all the way to the current hotties on the scene like Britney Spears or Brad Pitt. The horror section of the Palace of Wax will keep you frightfully on edge until your tour is over.

The Ripley's Believe It or Not section has some of the most bizarre, yet fascinating exhibits around. You will discover some of the oddest cultures from around the world as well as get to experience what an earthquake or twister would really be like. The Enchanted Mirror Maze is delightfully confusing and quite a challenge.

The best value for your money would be to purchase a pass for all three attractions at the Palace of Wax/Ripley's Believe It or Not in Grand Prairie. Be sure to set aside a full day! There are so many things to see and do, you will likely lose track of time.
