Now in its ninth year, the Cajun Festival has ballooned into an all out carnival style festival. The great Cajun cuisine is still the most obvious reason to head to Dallas area in May, but those who show up will find a lot more than food to appease them. One of the other main draws to this festival is Trader's Village. With more than 2,500 dealers located in the area, Trader's Village is easily considered the largest flea market in all of Texas. This May be sure to visit the super sized celebration that is the Cajun Festival.
