The Dallas/Fort Worth area experiences mild winters and extremely warm summers. Summertime temperatures can exceed 100 degrees. The fact that the weather is dry and not humid helps with the heat; however, you will want to take the weather conditions into consideration when packing for your trip.

Spring in Dallas - Fort Worth

  • In March, the average temperatures range from the high forties to the high sixties. April sees temperatures in the mid fifties to upper seventies, and May temperatures range from the mid sixties to mid eighties. At this time of year, you'll want to bring a light jacket or warm sweater for cooler evenings.

  • Summer sees temperatures range from the low seventies to the upper nineties, sometimes reaching into the 100-degree temperatures.
