Many of the buildings in this district was designed by architect Mary Coulter, including the Hopi House, Bright Angel Lodge, and Lookout Studio. Other buildings included in the district are the Santa Fe Railway Station, El ovary Hotel, buck O'Neill's Cabin, knob Studio and Red Horse Station.
The historic district is open daily 24 hours, and worth a look if you've ever wondered how man interacted with the natural wonder of this area during the past 100 years.
