Very nice and friendly personnel and very helpful. They were able to answer our questions about the area. As the hotel was not full, they graciously upgraded us to a beautiful king room overlooking the pool area at no additional charge. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Good location as well. The continental breakfast was not one of the best I have experienced.
