If you're in Golden during the winter months, you'll be able to do lots of skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing on Golden's ideally dry "champagne powder" snow.

In the warmer months, fly fishing and spin casting are popular activities while in the colder months, one can experience ice fishing.
