Kicking Horse Classic
The Kicking Horse Classic will showcase Kicking Horse River's rapids at a gradual pace, and is perfect for beginners looking to eventual tackle some rough waters. You'll start the day in Yoho National Park, riding on calm waters and learning to work as a team. After lunch break, you'll ride through the Middle Canyon and experience Class 3 & 4 rapids. On-river time is approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes. Lunch is provided. Must be at least 4' 11" and 88 lbs. to participate.
Family Whitewater
Perfect for novices looking to barely get their feet wet and families with small children, the Family Whitewater offers a ride along three of the more gentle rapids featured throughout Yoho National Park, and includes a riverside BBQ lunch. On-river time is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Lunch is provided. Must be at least 4 years of age to participate.
River Challenge
The River Challenge will start you out in Yoho National Park as you sharpen your skills before a BBQ lunch. After lunch, the real adventure will begin as you take on both the Middle and Lower Canyons for the most complete rafting experience offered by Kicking Horse River Whitewater Rafting! On-river time is approximately 4 hours. Lunch is provided. Must be at least 16 years of age to participate.
Ultimate Whitewater
Those looking to get right into the action will appreciate the Ultimate Whitewater. Along this tour you'll skip the calmer sections found in the Yoho National Park, and jump right into the Middle and Lower Canyons for continuous class 3, 4 and above rafting. On-river time is approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes. Must be at least 16 years of age to participate.
Afternoon Whitewater
With the Afternoon Whitewater you can squeeze a little outdoor adventure into even the most hectic of schedules. Along this tour you'll take to the Middle Canyon and experience class 3 and 4 rapids for a short, but action-packed rafting experience. On-river time is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Must be at least 4' 11" and 88 lbs. to participate.
