Laurel Falls is a majestic 60 foot waterfall that is the easiest waterfall to hike to on the Tennessee side of the park.
The hike is almost a three mile trip and follows a paved road. The trail is usually busy because of the short distance and is great for families and those who are not accustomed to hiking. The trail will take you through the forests with pine trees, dogwood, and maple trees standing tall, and in the spring months you can find a variety of colorful and elegant flowers growing along the trail. The falls magically appear and cascade down jagged rocks into the valley below. The peaceful and serene setting at of Laurel Falls is a outdoor activity for the entire family.
