LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!! My husband has a hardware show there and we stay there EVERY TIME. Our baby (silky terrier) LOVED it too. Not too many hotels around that REALLY accept pets. Have stayed there twice a year for the last 2 years. Within walking distance to the convention center. Staff is GREAT!!!!

MY WIFE AND I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ABOUT FIVE TIMES NOW. USUALLY TWICE A YEAR WE VISIT THE MOUNTAINS AND THIS IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE BY FAR IF YOU BRING THE PETS ALONG. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND ON TIME. WE RECOMMEND THE GARDEN PLAZA TO ANYONE STAYING IN THE MOUNTAINS.

The hotel was very nice. The maid service could have been a little better. The pools were great. Nice area and close to main strip in Gatlinburg but not too close!

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunspree twice. Both times it was very nice and clean. The atmosphere was very refreshing. The staff was excellent. We will stay again on our next trip.

The Highlight of the stay was the indoor pool, although I had forgotten my bathing suit but the children did not. They would have been in pool the whole time, if I had let them.

We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Sunspree! Our room was nice and clean, we were poolside in the Holidome. The kids enjoyed the arcade. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful and our vacation was awesome. I'd go back again for sure.
