More than 150 special wildflower and fauna-based programs are scheduled during the week of the Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage at the
Great Smoky Mountain National Park in Gatlinburg, TN!
This annual week-long event includes special events and programs such as natural history & wildflower walks, photography tours, art classes based on the park wildflowers, demonstrations, trolley motorcades, classroom seminars & workshops in Gatlinburg, and much more.
The programs are offered by National Park Service personnel and amateur naturalists that have areas of specialization. Programs will focus on much more than wildflowers, though, with special tours and seminars focused on native insects, wildlife, foliage, and more. Anyone with an interest in nature and the outdoors will find a wealth of information and tips for enjoying and understanding the incredible world of natural discovery!
