To celebrate the wonders of winter,
Dollywood adorns itself with 3.3 million lights meticulously placed throughout the park. As you wander the park, you will find elves, dolls, toy soliders, and even Santa parading around and spreading merriment to all who have chosen to spend the holidays with them at the park. Along with the visual cheer, carolers will be roaming around, bearing Yuletide hymns on all within earshot. Both the 'Twas the Night Before Christmas and O Holy Night plays are inspirational dramas of people searching for the true meanings of the holiday season.
There will also be sounds from Moscow, Ireland, and Canada rising throughout the day, performed by men & women and boys & girls from those lands. They will be presenting traditional folk music, holiday tunes, and even some dances that are being pulled from the depths of their country's celebration of the season. Experience all of the thrills of
Dollywood, while feeling the warmth of a Smoky Mountain Christmas. Eat, drink, and be merry in Tennessee!
