It was better than Times Square
This year Gatlinburg out did itself. For all the yars we had been going This years events was fantastic.
People were happy, pleasant, polite and friendly.
The cost of favors were very very reasonable as well. Stores stayed open later than last before so it made fro fun shopping as well as the attractions gave you places to warm up and have fun. Food was overflowing, laughter and Happy new years resounded.
The only complaint wa straffic control. It was poorly coordinated and it took us over two hours to move two miles. People were blocking intersections and not letting anyone get anywhere. Hopefully next years traffic ocntrol will be better. The other thing was we did not hear Old langsyne being played.
But we started our own round where we were standing.
The fireworks were were AMAZING! Those guys out did themselves.
Gatlinburg out did themselves this year and we look forward to bein there going into 2010!

Gatlinburgs new years eve celebration
This was the first time we have been in several years. The fireworks were amazing. We stayed in town so we didnt have to drive anywhere. We were walking much faster then traffic was moving. They did a super job. Hope to go back next year.
