Daredevil Falls
Dollywood features a variety of rides, including thrill, water, family and children's rides. This is a picture of Daredevil Falls, a thrill ride and boat expedition ending with a 60-foot drop.

When you're visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, get ready for a whirlwind of fun and excitement with a selection of the most happening haunts in the South.

Dollywood in Pigeon Forge

No trip to Pigeon Forge would be complete without a stop in Dollywood, home of the indoor roller coaster, Blazing Fury, the Tennessee Tornado, and a vast array of amusement rides. Dining, sites and Dolly memorabilia fill the park - from an 1890s schoolhouse to a replica of Parton's childhood home. Take a day to enjoy the rides, then head to Dollywood's Splash Country, where you'll find all of the rips and roars of Dolly's theme park with a twist that's wet and wild.

Other Attractions & Nearby Lodging in Pigeon Forge

Animal lovers can explore the Amazon just miles away at RainForest Adventures, a menagerie of exotic and native animal and plant species designed by the creators of Disney's Animal Kingdom. Catch demonstrations and live entertainment starring some of the parks most popular animals.

After a day of non-stop excitement, seek out peace and quiet at Pigeon Forge's secluded Creekstone Inn. The soothing sounds of Little Pigeon River relax and prepare you for another big day in the area, which isn't as far away as the settings make it seem. A block from the Parkway, Creekstone Inn offers couples or families the perfect getaway.

Live Music Shows in Pigeon Forge

If comedy is what you're after, a stop at Sweet Fanny Adams Theatre is the perfect retreat. Turn the clock back for an act strait out of the 1890s. The perfect mix of slapstick and musical mayhem, this is a show you'll want to see whether you enjoy ham-it-up vaudeville or the sparkle of Broadway. For a variety show, see one of the best shows in the South - the Country Tonite Show. You'll understand why this show holds the title of "Best Show in the Smokys" after you've experienced the fast-paced, boot stompin' mix of laughs, music and more.

For a can't-miss experience, you'll want to experience Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Whether you join in a Good Ole Smoky Hoedown or take a tour of the Guinness World Record Museum, your vacation will make fond memories for the whole family.

Dollywood
Me and my kids love to go to Dollywood! I purchased a season pass last year and we had so much fun! We must have went eight-ten times. I decided instead of going to the fairs where you couldn't ride as much, we would go to Dollywood and they could see the shows and I could have fun as well listening to music. They saw the Clifford Show, Extreme Sports, the Book Series of Plays....and so much more. It is so worth the money!
