Great Smoky Mountains

As one of the largest protected land areas in the nation, the Smokies hold an immense biological diversity. Cherokee Indians moved into the area approximately 1,000 years ago around Cades Cove. The view of the snowcapped Thunderhead Mountain from the area is a sight many will never forget. Early buildings from the late 19th and early 20th century are scattered throughout the area, adding to the distinct historical flavor of the area.

Scenic Helicopter Tours

Alright, a helicopter may not hold much historical significance, but there are many beautiful sights travelers miss out on by keeping their feet on land. The rich culture of the area was shaped by the majestic Smokies, and seeing them from the sky gives travelers a better scope of just how important this land really is. As a national park, it will remain untouched by man, and there is no better way to travel through 80 miles of national parkland than a 30 minute helicopter ride.

As visitors take a trip through the rich history of the Smokies, it is nice to lodge at a place that puts you right in the setting of it all. The Haunting Tours Gatlinburg tour is one of the most exciting ways to experience the history of the Smokies firsthand. Haunted Tours guides travelers through some of the more hair-raising areas of the town. Featuring a stroll through a local cemetery where they guarantee paranormal activity. Travelers will hear about the original settlers of the area, and how some still remain to tell their tale.

Dollywood
We love Dollywood we go 10to 15 times a year I have a 9 year old girl she likes Dollywood better then Disney world. We wold like to say thanks to all how makes Dollywood the best vacation spot my family has ever bean to.
