Bill later turned it into a restaurant that started out small, but with the help of family and friends turned into the successful establishment it is today. Bill passed away in 2007, so the Purity Lounge & Restaurant is now being run by his three daughters.They are well known for their delicious smoked meats. They also have earned the reputation for having the best Barbeque sauce in the entire state of . Their sauce comes in regular, hot and sugar free.
