The Eden Vineyards and Winery near Fort Myers, Florida offers daily tastings with no reservations required. These tastings occur daily from 11:30 in the morning to 3:30 in the afternoon. The Vineyard produces six different types of wines that are sold in retail stores and restaurants throughout Florida. Wines are also available to purchase at the winery. Eden Vineyards became the most southerly located licensed and bonded winery in the United States in 1986. It's set on 20 acres of property in the rural community of Alva that is just east of Fort Myers. The vineyards themselves are more than 20 years old and are run and maintained by three generations of the Kiser family.
Eden Vineyards and Winery has a winery reception room where the tastings and sales are conducted. Those taking advantage of the tastings must be at least 21 years old. The vineyard is easy to get to and is less than three hours from Florida's east coast. Group tours of 12 or more people as well as smaller group tours are available. Group tours must be arranged in advance. Those who would like to buy Eden's wines can do so in half cases or full cases. A half case is six bottles. A full case is 12 bottles. Bottles are 750 ml. Direct delivery to your door can also be arranged for customers in the United States.
