Once they've crossed over the wooden plank bridge at the entrance, visitors are in for a unique and lively dining experience. An authentic recreation of a Polynesian village, Mai-Kai features a menu of Cantonese and American dishes from Peking duck to lobster Bora Bora to rack of lamb, all served under a thatched roof by lovely maidens in native dress.
Guests are welcome to explore the different dining areas, each ablaze with tiki torches and featuring waterfalls, lagoons, and giant tiki sculptures, or sample some of the fifty tropical drinks at the Molokai Bar. The highlight of an evening at Mai-Kai is the rollicking, colorful forty-five-minute Islanders Revue, performed by native Polynesian dancers in full costume.
Dances such as the Wedding Dance and the Samoan Fire and Knife Dance demonstrate the traditions of the Islands and wow the audience at the same time. A family-friendly destination, Mai-Kai is sure to enthrall people of any age.
