Eureka Springs, Arizona has a lot of interested things and places for those interested in religion and its historical times. Located on Highway 62 East is the Bible Museum, which is a part of The Great Passion Play theme park. Although they only have a small exhibit area in the floor below the Museum of Earth History, the Bible Museum has a very impressive collection to see.
In the Bible Museum you'll find more than 10,000 Bibles in 625 different languages and dialects. Anyone interested in the history of the Bible will be captivated by the many rare and old Bibles they'll find here as well as a huge collection of artifacts, parchments and even an original page from the Gutenberg Bible. Known for having a collection that's probably the largest in the world, the collection consists of very rare volumes of the Bible as well as old manuscripts. Both the history of the American Bibles and the English Bibles is available here. You'll find many interested articles and Biblical readings here at the Bible Museum.
Other examples of things you may see at the Bible Museum include a Gideon Bible with the signature of all the Gideon founders, a Genesis scroll on deerskin, a Mikmak Indian language Bible, a Hallmark greeting card Bible and many more. Of particular interest to many visitors is a piece written by a man from China with a hair brush. It's a set of the Gospels hand written into Biblical character portraits. If you're planning on seeing all they have to see, you'll be there many hours so you may want to take advantage of their food service and picnic area.
