Pretty Nice
This is the second time that I have attended the Corvette Weekend in Eureka Springs. I attended in 2005 and it was great. This year, however was different. I paid $35 to become part of it and all I got to do was a Poker run. Two years ago, they gave you a nice door prize, plus a T-shirt when you completed the Poker run. This year....nothing. I'm going back next year, but I won't pay $35 to go on a Poker Run. I'm burning my gas and wear on my Vette. I could take that $35 and buy 35 lottery tickets and have a better chance of winning a million dollars. The directions in the Poker run were lousy. We missed the second place to pick our card because whoever wrote the directions didn't know what they were doing. We weren't the only one's that missed the turn. So all in all, I paid $35 for a Poker run that had lousy directions. Other than that, yep it's a nice place to display your Vette. But, don't waste your money on registration, unless you are entering your Vette in the car show.
