The City Hall in Edmonton, AB is one of the best places in the city to visit and is conveniently located at the center of downtown, a place where people meet and partake of the scenery and the amenities that the area as to offer.
A gorgeous glass pyramid arising at its heart, the City Hall blends a bit of the old hall in with the new by incorporating salvaged granite and marble. There are quite a few things to do and see here with such places as the Sports Hall of Fame, the Arcade (not a place to play games) and something called the Friendship Tower which features a carillon with 23 bells that can almost 100 songs which hits just the perfect note and tone for the holiday season.

It is the little details that make visiting this place so unique. For one, you can examine the stonework for fossils and will occasionally find some interesting specimens.
