The Big Kahunas Lost Paradise in Destin, Florida is a fun amusement style park that is all about the water and the thrill.& This water park features more than 40 water based attractions as well as an Adventure Park. There are all levels of entertainment, allowing something to be right for everyone.
The water park area offers many different attractions including some quiet pools, a wide selection of water slides as well as the largest man made waterfall in the world. Some of the attractions here include the Maui Pipeline Speed Slides, the Piranha, the Ragin' Rhino Rapids and Pleasure Island which is a smaller kid's area. Humunga River and Thunder River are exciting rides that guests love.
In the opposite side of the park is the adventure area. Here, there are many different rides and activities for those looking for even more fun, but dry fun. This includes a Tropical Mini Golf area, a Grand Prix Raceway and Superspeed Raceway, the Cyclone airplane ride and the Sky Coaster.
Throughout the park there are height restrictions and swimming requirements for each ride or attraction. Guests under the height of 48 inches are required to wear life jackets or to be with their parents or guardians. The park is open seasonally, usually from spring through early fall.
