Annual Donkey Derby Days
During the last weekend in June, Cripple Creek, near Colorado Springs, annually puts on a tremendous event that is always sure to bring joy to the area. Friday brings a large street party with dancing and live entertainment. Saturday hosts the largest parade of the year in the area with more than 50 parade entries. And Sunday provides a lighthearted time of activities and events as young and old alike join in all of the excitement of the Annual Donkey Derby Days.
