The Museum's vast permanent collection features the ancient art of Egypt, Greece, Rome, and the Near and Far East, as well as impressive exhibits of the art of Africa and the Americas and a rare collection of ancient Nabataean art from Jordan.
Visitors will find the celebrated works of European artists, including old masters such as Rubens, Titian, Gainsborough, and van Dyck, and painters of the 19th and 20th centuries like Picasso, Miró, Chagall, and Renoir. Painters Copley, Wyeth, Hopper, Diebenkorn, and Rothko are represented in the American collection.
